True Audiophile Returns Policy
Audion policy: Audion products are all built to order as most hand made products in audio are traditionally. We understand there may be instances when a buyer has something unexpected arise that may lead to them wanting to return the product. In these instances we will review the matter on a case by case basis. Any problems with the product will be resolved under the 2 year warranty on the unit and 6 months on the tubes. Audion has an extremely low failure rat: less than 2% so chances are your unit will be work perfectly throughout.
Customer satisfaction is crucial to us. Like any dealer, returns of high end products is very difficult as the unit will immediately become a demo product. On high end items this means a substantial loss for us. So we strongly recommend you realize what you are buying. All defects or function issues will always be covered under warranty. As for Audion we will deal with requests for returns on a case by case basis.
If we do allow a return we can only provide store credit. There are no cash refunds.
We can ship to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped beyond the U.S. borders.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We prefer FedEx as they have been the most reliable and least issues with damage.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
