Cable features deep cryogenic-treated 5N ultrapure solid silver conductors, air dielectrics, transparent pure PTFE Teflon isolators, discrete shielding for each pole within the array, and Ceramic MicroSphere™ Conduits, with independent power and signal cable runs.
The Firewire cable employs an entirely new ground-breaking structure — DualConduit™ — separate cables for the power and signal lines.
The cable actually has two design-specific cables. One cable conduit handles only the delicate digital music signal; no corruped computer power runs through this cable leg. Its design is that of a ultra high-end digital audio cable. The other cable conduit handles only the DC power; its design is that of an ultra high-end audio power cable — the digital music signal does not run through this cable leg.
It is widely known that the radiated magnetic field and any radiated noise from power cables affects signal cables and corrupts the quality of the delicate music signal when a signal cable and a power cable are installed in parallel or are in close proximity with each other. However, virtually every Firewire cable available on the market has the signal line and power line in one cable together — we can clearly understand how sound quality is deteriorated by such architectures.
Some high-end Firewire cables have independently shielded signal and power lines. This is an improvement, however, these two lines are in still parrallel and in close proximity in the same cable and are constantly causing noise reflections inside the shieldings, which will significantly damage sound quality. The power supply lines in Firewire cables transmit a large amount of "noise" that is passed on from the power supply buss of the source equipment (computer). This "corrupted power" seriously degrades the quality of the digital music signal being transmitted and therefore, audio sound quality is greatly reduced. Although our previous design features discrete shielding for each conductor pole, which is superior to most cables on the market (a feature also included in this latest design), which addresses this issue and is vastly superior to the typical Firewire cable, our DualConduit™ design offers the ultimate in isolation of the signal lines from the power lines. Our latest-design Firewire cable is equipped with two independent cables consisting of a shielded structure with a 100% shielding effect obtained by using heavy solid and silver-plated copper stranded shields. This is the only Firewire cable which is successful in stopping noise interaction between the power and signal lines.

Mr. Michael Murray-Robertson, a classical music reviewer and symphonic 'cellist in Switzerland, apparently has a renown state-of-the-art listening enviroment, employing the dCS Scarlatti four-piece stack with Revelation Audio Labs' digital cable set (two DualConduit Firewire cables, one AES/EBU cable, three BNC wordclock cables) with Nagra tube amplification and Quad ESL speakers...here is quoting his e-mail to dCS that he cc'd Revelation Audio Labs:

As promised, I can confirm that the six digital cables for quadruple dCS Scarlatti from Revelation Audio Labs are outstanding. We made extensive comparisons cable by cable on original recordings at which I was present including Telarc: the results were obviously superior.
Speaking as a classical music string player with forty years' experience of live & reproduced music, I really felt that more of the spectrum was reproduced via these digital interconnects, the "grain" of upper harmonics revealed the individual colours of each instrument positioned precisely in an allotted space & given acoustics. Increased presence & dynamics were noticeable albeit without any agressive or "shouty" aspect.
The soundstage also widened & deepened.
I identified the violin of Christian Ferras in the sixties & then again, played four decades later by Corey Cerovsèk in a different hall! Not the sound of any violin, rather that violin! From the "fluffy, horsehair on gut" sound of pianissimo strings to the liquid sound of a Cavaillé-Coll pipe organ, the endless nuances of the timbres made me simply want to just sit back & enjoy a moment in time with the performers.
In all honesty, I must warn that these cables are stiff & that undue bending for demos around the world might cause problems. Perhaps Raw could leave them in their pre-formed shape & pack them in foam for travel? And as I said, they do need time to "burn in" despite the generous time given for this at Revelation. I was unable to resist trying their balanced analogue, power & loudspeaker cables; the latter especially need time.
The French say: "you have to suffer to be beautiful" & the English: "patience is a virtue!"
I'm impatient but will not need to suffer again as I have found what I wanted...an "even closer approach to the original sound".
