NEW ELAC Uni-Fi Reference Bookshelf Speakers won us over
At True Audiophile
We were not so impressed with the normal Uni-Fi Series until they passed 500 hours. 500 hours?! That was rough even though customers with patience loved them. Well the new Reference series blew past that. At first they sounded thin and favored the highs. After 75-100 hours they were full body with a deep soundstage. They really surprised us. Highly Recommended. -- TA

Enjoy the Music says:
...the ELAC UBR62 monitor speaker can still be considered budget-priced. This is especially true if you consider a price versus performance comparison. You will realize you have found something remarkable. Over a period of years, I have watched the evolution of speakers made by ELAC, and each one offers something a little different. You can share my amazement at their ability to build different types of speakers.
What Andrew Jones has designed is an affordable and excellent way to bring music into your life, highly recommended.
