Was in search of something simple that that delivered true audiophile quality sound. I came across AMC after some research. They have models with zero complication, just analog inputs and real tube integrated wiring with modern amenities. I found TrueAudiophile was the only place that carried the integrated that I wanted (and I believe the only carrier of AMC in the states…). My integrated was shipped fast and arrived in 7 days (from coast to coast) and I appreciated the direct communication and quick reply’s to my questions.
Now to the sound… My father owns an old but very well cared for and restored Carver pre with power component system matched with KEF towers that were made in England that I still love to listen on. I think that this single integrated CVT3100MKII with my KHL Model 5’s makes it all happen better. I warmed the unit up for 10 minutes before I started to put volume to it and let the smiles come. Beautiful 20-20 frequency response and natural sounding sound stage that I couldn’t get enough of!! The entire spectrum of sound that this amp puts out is short of glorious to my ears!… “But don’t take my word for it “

True Audiophile understands customer service and the need to follow-up and make sure the job meets the needs of the customer. My business experience was online because I cannot drive to the store but I wanted to upgrade my C Sharp Turntable and get the Jo No 8 MC Coil cartridge. Marc was very helpful answering all my questions and was quick to inform me about all the shipping details. A few weeks later I discovered the cueing mechanism for my tone arm was losing its hydrulics and they were quick to get me a replacement. This is a business focused on customer satisfaction. I am one of the old guys, being an audiophile for over 50 years, and have cycled through quite a few audio stores in that time. Some enjoyed being rude, like some shops in NYC in the 80s. True Audiophile is at the other end of the spectrum, consistently operating with professionalism, communicative customer service, and speed. I recently decided to purchase a pair of Takatsuki 300B tubes, which are relatively hard to source due to limited production. After searching the internet for stateside retailers, and reading all of the reviews of those retailers, I decided to contact True Audiophile. A good decision on my part! Marc responded to my inquiry almost immediately and then determined that there were none available in the US. He rapidly afforded me information about the timeline for ordering these tubes form Japan. I then spoke with Gary to consummate the order.
My experience with Marc and Gary at True Audiophile was terrific! Both are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. In fact, they honored their listed price for these tubes despite a recent increase from their supplier! During the entire order/purchase process, I was kept informed and updated, and the tubes arrived safely (they sound amazing in my system!!!) within about two weeks of my order.
Marc and Gary take “customer service” seriously, which isn’t always the case these days! After dealing with them through this process, I feel like I know them, and I look forward to actually meeting them if I’m ever in Portland! I highly recommend True Audiophile! Five stars indeed!!

Ever clicked “Buy it Now” and hoped a big purchase would turn out okay? Me neither. Yet with these guys, I’m confident you can. I sent off a product availability question on 2 Innuos units, got a prompt reply, and placed my order. I was told my Innuos products would be shipping from Portugal (due to popularity), so I was content to sit tight and wait a week or two to hear anything. Nope. My name is Jake, ordered some HiFiman Sundara to pick up in store. Marc, communicated everything quick and fast. Let me know that they are extremely popular and sought after, and were on a backorder and would provide updates regarding my order. This morning my phone wasn't updating my emails for some reason. However I hopped on my PC to game and checked my emails. I received an email telling me that they would be on a backorder till October and if I was okay with it, never had the chance to respond to that email (it's open in another browser as I type) but I was totally fine waiting lol it's not a huge rush to me. To my surprise, he emailed again numbering the updates and saying that they were able to acquire one and were having it drop shipped to me (not sure if I'm a special circumstance, but do I feel special/lucky as hell). Just upgraded to the EAT E-Glo S phono stage and WOW what a difference! Although my analog system was pretty good with a previous phono (PS Audio NuWave) which was very quiet and clear sounding there was something missing that I couldn’t put my finger on.
So, I decided to give the guys here at Trueaudiophile a call. After going over with them about my system, they advised me to upgrade my phono stage and since the E-Glo S looked great and fit my budget I decided to order one.
As soon as it arrived I unpacked it and plugged it in to give it a listen. Well I gotta say, right away I realized what was missing. MUSICALITY!
That’s the only word I can come up with to describe the difference. The music just sounded more real. Everything sounded more pleasing and fluid and accurate as though each note was effortlessly flowing into and around the room. It made me feel as though I was right there hearing things live in concert. Every song is much more engaging and keeps me in my listening chair with more excitement hearing things the way they were meant to be heard. I would highly recommend this phono stage!

True Audiophile is a fantastic company. Marc is a serious audiophile who is deeply involved in the development of his own products, as well as assisting major companies in fine-tuning theirs. I came to True Audiophile after finding that they had the last MoFi StudioPhono preamp available in the US several months ago. That purchase led to a lengthy discussion about my system and how best to improve it on a reasonable budget. I ended up with a pair of their brand new TruZen interconnect cables which ended up making nearly as big of a difference in my setup as the preamp!
Marc has an intuitive knowledge about HiFi systems and stocks a HUGE variety of products suited to all systems in any price range. It's like having an incredible store with the world's most helpful salesman in your living room.

I have a very modest two-channel, audio only setup and wanted to upgrade my turntable from the vintage hand-me-down I've used for several years. I'm very glad I chose the MoFi Studiodeck through True Audiophile. Even though it's one of the "lower end" turntables in their shop, Gary and the team at True Audiophile never let me feel intimidated, or that the purchase wasn't just as important as those of components 10 to 20X the price of mine. I grew up in the consumer electronics business. My family built an empire by distributing, marketing and selling high end audio equipment around the world during the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.
I’ve had the unique experience to see this industry grow from its roots with tinkerers and music lovers building from scratch and by hand complex gear in their living rooms and garages to the rise of the mult national electronic conglomerates pushing low price, poorly made and badly designed off the shelf boxes sold by the millions at every mall worldwide.

I was long overdue on upgrading my home audio setup and finally got some $ together to upgrade. Through Gary/True Audiophile, I bought the MoFi StudioDeck table and Cambridge Audio SR 20 to pair with my ELAC B6 bookshelf speakers. You only need to speak to Gary one time to know he's the real deal when it comes to hi end audio. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable he's the consummate customer advocate. There is no one better to work with when you're serious about audio then Gary.

As a HUGE music lover that made the decision to jump into the deep end of building (from scratch) a true audiophile vinyl playback experience, I had NO idea where to start. After countless hours of research and due diligence, I found Gary @ True Audiophile. I wasn't thrilled about this level of spending with a company that is located across the country and I never met (in person), however after connecting with Gary all my concerns were put at ease. He is wickedly knowledgeable, designed a solution that balanced all the building blocks and my budget for the optimum experience, helped me setup and 'dial in' the perfect music lover experience that continues to expand. He did all this while providing an unprecedented level of customer service and support.
